All Vinyasa Flow classes 75 minutes   (* denotes slightly more advanced classes)

Pilates mat classes 45-50 minutes

All other classes 60 minutes (including Slow Flow and Happy Hour Flow)

ALL CLASSES ARE APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY LEVEL

Basic Pilates Mat – learn the basics of Pilates, then put the technique to use in a mat class. Those new to Pilates should attend Basic Pilates Mat until the instructor determines you are ready to join a more advanced class.

Intermediate/Advanced Pilates Mat – a wonderful workout for your core – gain flexibility, better posture and strengthen the whole body.

Slow Flow – for those wanting to learn the basics of Vinyasa Flow – slightly slower moving and focusing on alignment and form

Vinyasa Flow – a smooth combination of breath-synchronized movements improving strength and flexibility and providing great cardiovascular benefits as well.

Gentle Yoga – a less-vigorous form of yoga that improves strength and flexibility

Powerhouse Barre – Come learn an authentic barre workout, taught by Katie Puder - certified Pilates instructor, ballet teacher, and classical dancer for over 20 years. Powerhouse Barre is a dynamic 60-minute class utilizing ballet and Pilates exercises to work your core, thighs, seat, and upper body. Both energizing and fun.

Yoga Nidra - Donation – Yogic Sleep, or guided meditation. During the practice of Yoga Nidra you may appear asleep, yet the conscious mind is functioning at a deep level of awareness. Stimulating the subconscious and the unconscious parts of the mind help develop memory, creativity, increase knowledge, health, relieve stress, and relax you mentally and physically. We will do some light stretching to start and then begin the meditation. It can be done lying down or in a seated posture. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and feel free to bring a wrap or shawl.

Happy Hour Donation Yin Yoga – 1-hour Yin Yoga class offered to everyone in the yoga community (suggested $12 donation).Yin yoga is a special type of Hatha yoga, using postures held for 1-2 minutes.Yin yoga targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. Over time, practice of yin yoga can lengthen these tissues, increasing range of motion.
